About:Chinese Consulate in Los Angeles

Do i need to go to the Chinese embassy in Los Angeles or San Francisco to renew it? Can i ask my friend to turn in the application for me?

I am an international student from China. My passport is going to expire in 2014 March. thanks

Where do you stay now? You have to decide where to renew your passport according to your current address. Each consulate has its consular areas. By the way, you must renew it by your own according to the consulate requirements.
