About:China Postal Service

Tracking says unsuccessful delivery Guangzhou International - RB692020243CN

How can i find out what is wrong ? The ebay seller will not respond to me.

It seems that your parcel has arrived at Australia. You'd better go to your post office to find it. If there is nothing, maybe it was detained in China. Then you'd better dial 86-11185 to ask China Post.
