My parcel says unsuccessful delivery what does this mean RB692020243CN.

Hi my parcel says unsuccessful delivery what does this mean ? This was on the 19th of October and it has not changed.

The unsuccessful delivery means that the parcel was not sent to the receiver successfully.
The last place the parcel was at Jiangwan Brach, Chancheng, Foshan, so you may ask the sender to check it at this branch to see what had happened to the parcel.

Thanks. Would the sender know that it has not been sent as I bought it on ebay.

Is there anyway for me to see what the issue is with the post office ?

When i use the 17track.net and search the tracking number its says the status is pick up (i.e. arrived in destination). Which is correct ?
