About:China Visa on Arrival

Do i need a visa or permit for 10 hour layover?

can i leave the airport in Beijing with a philippino passport with UK residency on a 10 hour layover?

You need to apply for a stay permit at the airport if you want to go out of the airport during stopover. Flight ticket for leaving and your passport is required. There are special desk and signs for transit passengers.
