apply for macau visa in hong kong

Question

My friend has a Pakistani passport, can he apply for Macau visa in Hong Kong? If yes & where in Hong Kong?Can he get it in one day?

Hi, if your friend is a HK resident, he can use the Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card or Re-entry Permit to enter Macao. If he is not a HK resident, he needs to apply through a travel agency, or send application directly to PSP of Macao . Address: Edifício Conforseg. Praceta de 1 de Outubro, Macau
