Emperor Shihuangdi created. How did these policies affect people’s feelings about Shihuangdi?

Generally speaking, his policy made people live in a poor life and suffering, as a result, poor people overthrow his reign.

I think they never liked him before because he was very mean to all the people in China and also he killed many people like family members and teachers

He was very useful and accomplished alot of things, though. He's not all bad.
