man thanks for that answer because we are learning about ancient china and I have a test tomorrow that I am studying for and that answer really helped me because it said the same thing in my social studies book but I was just confused with what I had on my study guide

same thing with you because it said in my book that he used legalism in his rule. he also burned the books of the Confucius teachings so that no would believe in other ideas.
