pullman hotel guangzhou - is transit permit required - is it ''outside'' the airport

Question

I have a passport from one of the countries listed above that dont require a transit visa - however i think i still need a transit permit to be able to go to the above hotel.  Does anyone know if this is correct?  And also where do you get the permit from - is the desk/area clearly marked and are there hoards of people queuing up?

Hi, you can easily get a free transit permit after arrival at the airport. Don't worry, there are clear signs and counter for this free transit permit and generally do not need to queue up. You can also inform your airline about this request if necessary.
