About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

I will have a flight from Vancouver and arrive at Beijing Terminal 3 on Dec 13 @16:10 and transfer a flight at 17:30 to Hong Kong on the same date.

Do I have enough time to catch the flight? If not, will the airline help me to change my flight to Hong Kong?

I'm afraid time is too tight for this transfer. Generally, it is ok to change a flight from your airline. For details, it is suggested to consult your airline in advance.
