About:Chinese Consulate in Los Angeles

We have a US newborn and would like to bring him back to China. The baby's mother is Chinese national

We need Travel Document for a US newborn going to live in China. Where can I have the application form for the Travel Document?

Hi, the form is available at the website of the Chinese consulate in LA in Chinese version. The form is in Chinese too.
