About:China Talent Visa

R-Visa Enquiry

Respected Sir,

I need to find out which Chinese government body I need to contact to get approval on qualifications so I can apply for R type in my residing country.

Hi, you may need to contact the embassy directly for more information as this is a new visa type created in this July. There is no such introduction released online so far, and you see you are the first to post question here on this site. In my opinion, the documents should be issued by Chinese government authorities for Human Resources and Social Security, or State Bureau of Foreign Experts. If you get an answer from the embassy, please share it with me as well. Thanks very much.
