china visa clarification

Question

Hello,My husband got a job offer in China.His company is not registered in china currently.As per my knowledge  it will be reigistered within 2 months..His visa is M type...Can myself and my kids come  gotogether with my husband on tourist L and later change to S1 type??Could you please tell me any other issues to be ruled out before coming there???As it is very urgent,kindly help me...Thanks

Hi, L can not be changed to S1 or any other types from this July. So, you must leave mainland PRC to get a new one, for example, to apply it in HK if possible.
