About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Can I transit through 2 cities in China?

If i fly in to Guangzhou (from south Africa) for 72 hours and then leave Guangzhou for Chengdu for 72 hours and then leave for Russia, can I use this 72 hour transit or will I need a China visa because my whole stay is longer than 72 hours?
