About:Changsha Weather

Hi.. I'll be travelling to Changsha on the 3rd week of Nov. What will the weather be during that time

What clothing will be advisable?

According to the previous records, the average temperature is around 10 to 15C during that time, so I think the thin sweaters and coat are necessary.
