What would be the weather in Changsha, Hunan on 23 to 27 Oct 2013

Can I bring canned or packed food in my luggage (meat, rice, etc)

It will be cloudy and the temp will range from 13C to 24C. It is best to take along thick long-sleeved shirt and a jacket.

It is ok to take in the canned rice, but the canned meat is forbidden.
