Can I get a China Tourist Visa in HK? (EU passport & non HK resident)

Hi,

I am German and would like to apply for it in hk. I am a bit confused since i recently heard that you would need to be a permanent resident of hk to apply in hk. So is that true? Is there any way to get a Chinese tourist L in hk for a non resident?
Thanks

Hi, you can try to apply through a local travel agency there. I know there is one inside of the HK airport providing this service.
