German tourists don't need a visa in advanced. Is this information right?

Good afternoon, I'm tourist right now in Beijing and going next week to Mongolia. If it is true, could you please give me an officle paper which is saying it (in english and mongolish) so I can show it at the boarder? Thanks a lot for help in advanced
