Question

I'm a from Kazakhstan. Living in Shanghai, the Chinese company wants to apply for a working Z for me. But my M will expire in 16 days. Do I need to prolong my M or extend L (  tourist) and after apply for the working Z?

Hi, have you started the process for work Z? as I know, it only can be done in HK/macao or in your home country (It is impossibe to do it without leaving mainland). If you worry about the duration of stay left on your M, you can extend it for once time at local PSB.
