Hi, you should provide your valid passport, valid Temporary Accommodation Registration Form issued by a local police station or a hotel, completely filled application form with photo, proof of hotel reservation, itinerary, and airline tickets etc. Also. you may need to provide a bank statement with 21,000rmb (~USD100/day) for a 30 day extension.
