I am Filipino holding regular passport

I am Filipino holding regular passport (and living in the Philippines). I want to visit my girlfriend in Shenzhen, she's a Chinese national. Do I need a VISA in advance if I will land in Hong Kong and pass through the Luohu checkpoint?
