About:Beijing Weather in September

China in April vs. Sept

We are planing a trip next year to China, and currently debating whether late April or early September. I looked some historical data, and looks like April is a bit colder which we prefer, however we are concern about rain, is April rain a lot more than Sept?
Any information from you would be greatly appreciated?

For the raining problem, rains in April may be more than that in September.
In my opinion, I think the Sep. is much better for traveling. The climate is cool and people are not so crowded in Sep.
