Is Visa needed for entring Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China from Hongkong for bussines?

Hi Sir,
I'm a young business man from Egypt and I want to visit Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China, for business but the nearest airport is HKG as I know, so do I need a visa to enter Dongguan from HK, and is there's any international airport in dongguan city?
