About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Is visa needed for Indonesian visiting China for 10 days.

My relative intends to visit PRC in November. Does he need to apply one? If needed, can he apply in Singapore? What documents are required besides passport? Are photos needed?

Yes, he has to apply one. He should prepare these documents: passport, filled application form (2013 edition), a recent passport size photo and an invitation letter from a Chinese individual or any organization (travel agency for example). If he can't provide the invitation letter, he has to provide the round-trip air tickets and hotel reservation.
