About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Do I need a visa to visit Beijing?

I am an American citizen flying from Seoul, South Korea to Beijing and back to Seoul withing the 72 hour time frame.

Yes, you need to apply one since the place of departure of your journey is the same as your destination.
