About:Zhangjiajie Scenic Spot

Can I leave Cambodia- from China embassy, go to China with work permit?

I have a work permit, invitatioin letter for China, I live near Cambodia order in Thailand,
I want to stay in Cambodia for 10 days before I fly out of Cambodia

Hi, you should firstly apply for a Chinese work Z visa in thailand before leaving. Then it is ok for you to fly to China from Cambodia.

I live near Cambodia, I'm not a citizen of Thailand, why do I need to use Thailand's Embassy?
I hate going to Bangkok. I want to spend my last 2 weeks in Cambodia.

Hi, you can have a try anyway, but as I know, to apply in a third country now is difficult unless you are a local resident. Otherwise, you may have to apply in HK or back to USA for application.

I'm still confused why Thailand can control my life- I'm American, not Thai citizen?
I have invitation letter and work permit to enter China. I live near the Cambodia border.
Chinese Embassy is for China- why does it matter in Thailand or Cambodia??
