Will I find the right girl to marry this year? Will I attain success in my present job?

I am just wondering if this year be a good year in terms of marriage and success in my job. I have recently moved into this job on 06-sept-2013. My date of birth : 15-Nov-1975, birth time: 06:43 am, birth place: kanpur(U.P.), India

Generally speaking, it shall be a decent job for you. If you work hard on it, you will gain a lot, higher salary or promotion within 3 years.

As for your marriage, there is hardly any problem. Just communicate more with your partner and everything will be fine.

3 years is a long time. I was hoping if i could excel at my work this year and get appreciation, rewards and recognition and promotion at the present work place. Is this going to happen in near future?
Also, in regards to marriage i haven't found a suitable match. I have rejected all the proposals which have come before me, over the last few years. Due to this i wish if you can tell me as to when will i marry and will it be good?
