i want to know if do i need a new visa to visit PRC

hi i am filipina and im planning to visit PRC just for 4days..i been already there last february 14 20013 when i was in abudhabi and i have already records on my passport but its expired alreay last may 20013..and now i am here in philippines and planning to visit again? i just want to ask if do i need to get a new one here in manila? thank you
