About:Marriage Registration in China

American couples get divorce in China

My husband and I both are US citizens. We both live in China at the present. How can we proceed a simple divorce: no property, etc. settlement, free from each other including debts.

I am afraid that you can not divorce in PRC. You need to go back to your country and file to the court for the divorce.
