Is the Chinese embassy in Syria will stop or will receive a passport in the near future Is it possible to get one from the Chinese Embassy in the country is close to Syria?

I am afraid that you can't apply in the neighboring Chinese embassies since you don't have residence permit (working or studying). There is no official announcement when the visa applcations will resume except that a guy claimed that he contacted the embassy and was told that the service will be back online on Sept. 23.

I think you'd better confirm with the embassy if you are really in a hurry.
