About:Chinese Embassy in Germany

British Citizen living in Germany

I would like to travel to Shanghai - what kind of visa do I apply for, is it possible to apply and how do I do it? What exactly do I need?
I am only planning on staying for 2 weeks.

You need to apply for a tourist L for this trip. The best time for application is one month before departure. Round-trip ticket and hotel bookings are required if you travel individually, basic requirements are your passport, application form and photo. BTW, documents showing your legal residence status in Germany may be required.
