Passport Pickup Hour

Is this a new office hour ? ---- 09:00-12:00, 13:30-17:00, Monday-Friday.
When I came to apply for HK Passport in July, I understood the office hour is Mon to Thur, and closed by noon. Not sure if that is only applied to applicant. Now my Passport is ready. Please confirm the office hour for pickup.
