I plan to be in shenzhen on 14 Oct via HKIA. I am holding a singapore passport and If I exit to go to HK before the expiry "free 14 days visa", can I reenter again to shenzhen within the same day?

Theoretically, it is okay but I'm not very sure. It is better for you to confirm it with China customs when entering.
