I am in Macau now, and going to my country Nepal from China and have transit in chengdu

I already have a ticket and have transit in CD for 12 hours.
First I will go Guangzhou, Guangdong and then have a flight from their to CD and have 12 hour transit , I have visa of China.is their will any problem during that period?
