About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Hi, I will be traveling from hongkong to Japan, but my plane has to transit to chengdu for 15 hrs.

Can I get the 72 free hrs transit visa? I will arrive at chengdu at 10 pm and my next flight to narita at 1 pm the next day.Thank you for your information.
