Visa application for Sweden citizen

Hi, I will visit Shanghai next month, but for the last 3 month I am in Indonesia for visit friend.
So my question is :
1. Do I need applyfor one? I am Sweden citizen
2. If number 1 Yes, where I should apply? I am in Indonesia right now
3. What is the requirement?

Yes, you need to apply one. But I am not sure if you can get it successfully. Since you are not the resident of the Indonesia, you have to provide valid certificates of residence, employment or student status, or other valid certificates.

I think you'd better contact with the CVASC in Indian to confrm this.

Actually, it is the same because according to the new regulations, proof of legal stay or residence status is required if applying in a third country other than your country of citizenship.
