About:Beijing Travel

transit for 6 hr in Beijing airport, i like to see the city from airport for 4 hrs

hi, i will be on transit for 6 hr in BJ airport but actually 4hr free time to explore near by places. i like to see the city from airport for 4 hr, any suggestions. thank you

Four hours may be hard for you to visit the city downtown area. Only taking the shuttle bus to reach the city center takes about an hour to an hour and a half.
If you really want to see it, you can take the airport shuttle bus line 2 to reach Xidan and then visit the Tiananmen Square area and then take the same bus to go back to the airport.
