About:China Postal Service

I ordered a dress from Cichic Ltd. from August 16, 2013 and have yet to receive my package.tracking number is RB700139851CN

the status says that it is NULL. and the USPS says that it is "departing from origin destination." it's been almost a month and i just want to know WHY my dress hasn't showed up yet? And why is it taking so long?

It should have been on the way to the destination; however, the information online just show that your package was delivered to Shanghai Pudong Airport on Aug. 22nd. Just wait one more week and go to your local post office to consult then.

When I consult them, what do I say? All they tell me is that I have to wait for customs and there is nothing they can do about it.
