About:Baggage Allowance for Chinese Domestic Flights

Can I carry a folding wheel chair weighing 7Kgs for my disabled daughter who is travelling with me

As I know, you can consign the wheel chair for free and the weight may not be included in the check-in luggage. If you take lighter one, it may be allowed to be taken aboard for convenience. For details, it is suggested to consult your airline.
