Folding seats for sleeping

Hi there

Do first class seats fold back flat for sleeping?

Do sightseeing seats fold back flat for sleeping?

How do I book a sightseeing seat, (only second, first and business class appears for booking)?

First class seat and sightseeing seat can not fold back for sleeping, only business class seat. For the sightseeing seats, they are only available on some of the trains. And also the ticket are sold randomly thus it cannot be choose. So it cannot be guaranteed it is a sightseeing seat when you buy it.
