You can take metro line 1 at Xinjiekou Metro Station to Tianlong Temple Station, Exit 2. Upon arrival, you may walk about 100 meters to Tianlong Temple Metro Bus Stop on the opposite Road and take bus no.111 to Jiangjunshan Bus Stop. Afterwards, you are still 3 kilometers away from the Foding Tower, so you can take a taxi there directly.
