Flight cancellation

I cancelled our flight W6SNR out 11 Sept return 19 September in early June. We are still waiting for a refund. I spoke to a gentleman in Kuala Lumpur in June and he said he would contact the London Office to sort this matter out.I have not heard anything so far . Can you please help me
