About:Taiwan Weather

I have plans to visit Taiwan during Chinese New Years period, will all shop be close?

Most of the shopping malls and department stores will open during the day time during the festival. The private owned shops will close during that time and will not open until the fifth day of January in Chinese lunar calender.
