My flight will arrive at Xian late 24:00, and I want to use the cheapest way to travel

how long it takes to check out from airport and claiming the luggage.

I want to take shuttle to bell tower and reach me university campus

Is there waiting area to wait at the arrival hall / check out till morning to take the shuttle bus and then take taxi , I want to avoid use of sleep box.

i am carrying very less money. I want to use the cheapest way without spending money anywhere else
