About:Beijing Transportation Smart Card

Is there an expiration date for the yikatong in Beijing?

Can I use it when I return to BJ in 5 years? Does the card include a picture of me?

No, it does not have a picture of you. Actually, it is secret card without the name as well. Although these is no expiration date for that. If there is still money in, after two years or longer, you need to activate it at certain service office for reuse.
