do we need to exit in china again to apply chinese visa in my country?

Hello, I'm lisa from philippines and I married to a chinese citizen. Last year december 2012 me and my daughter was given 1 year L to stay in china which is valid upto this december 2013. My question is, do we need to go back to our country philippines this december to apply for new L or we can just apply it in china?

Hi, it is hard to say because this should be based on the new regulation after September 1st,2013.  You should better visit the local PSB for the latest information if you are allowed to renew your residence permit without leaving.
