About:China Visa Application in USA

US citizen getting a visa for china while in Cambodia

Hi,

I think the title says it all- if we are in Cambodia, can we go to the Chinese Embassy there for application? Thank you.

I am afraid not, because most Chinese embassies and consulates only issue visas to foreign passport holders with residence permit of the country. If you are short time travelers there, you should apply in advance in USA.
