HK airport to Mongkok

1. Do you provide service between airport and Stanford Hotel in Mongkok? What is the charge?
Can I pay with credit card at the airport in HK?

2. Do reservations need to be made in advance? If so, how do I do that? I will be arriving into HK around 10:30 pm on March 14, 2014.

3. Do you have a desk at the airport where I can pay for the ticket? I only need one way.
