American applying for travel in PRC visa in Seoul

Hello,

I am wondering if it is possible for an American currently travelling in South Korea to apply for a L to Beijing? If so, what would the process be and how long would it take? This is a slightly urgent question, so I thank you for your prompt assistance.

Best,
Kira Leinonen

I am afraid that you can't apply for it if you travel in South Korea. Those who apply in South Korea are required to provide their alien registration cards with a validity of more than six months. You probably can go to HK to apply for it.
