Traveling to another country while on F Business Visa

With the new Chinese Rules coming to effect in September 2013, I was wondering if I could traveling to another country e.g. Indonesia in October 2013 with my current Business F type which will expire on January 2014. I ask because I'm wondering if I will get problems entering back China on my F type, since the rules have changed.
