Stopover at Kuala Lumper and Singapore

I hold a New Zealand passport and a Home Return Permit (issued for Hong Kong Citizen travel to China).
I will take Malaysia Airlines to GuangZhou (NZ-KUL-singapore-CAN) and will stopover at Malaysia and Singapore for 6 days. Do I still need to apply travel visa to China.
